Exchange Policy

At Fantabulous, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

• Items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• All exchanges must be made in person at one of our Fantabulous outlets. We currently do not offer exchanges through courier or delivery services.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• Customers must provide the original receipt or valid proof of purchase at the time of exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability at the outlet.
• If the replacement item is of a higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or have had their tags removed will not be eligible for exchange.

Please note that Fantabulous offers exchanges only and does not provide refunds, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
